Stormwater Management & Financing Training Series This course is designed to give your community direct skills, technical assistance and financing information about stormwater management options. The course is conducted through the Watershed Assistance Collaborative and taught by the experts at the Chesapeake Stormwater Network; the University of Maryland Environmental Finance Center and the University of Maryland Extension Watershed Restoration Specialists.
